Using Sales-n-Stats with compatible software

Sales-n-Stats can work out-of-the-box and be used to monitor your website if the web software installed on your website is on the following list:

1. X-Cart starting from 3.4.x

2. LiteCommerce 2.x

3. OsCommerce 2.2

4. CRE Loaded 6.2

5. Zen-Cart 1.3.6, 1.3.7, 1.3.8

6. PHP Nuke 7.9, 8.1

7. Mambo 4.6.1

8. Joomla 1.0.12

9. Drupal 4.7.4, 5.1, 6.0

Note:The versions designated in the list are the ones Sales-n-Stats has been tested on. Correct operation with other compatible software versions is not guaranteed.

To be able to monitor your website if you have no web software installed or it is not on the 'Compatible software' list, perform additional integration. Insert html code into your site pages, following the instructions in the 'Site tracker' and 'Live help button' sections.
