At this step you define the look of Sales-n-Stats elements: 'Live help' and 'Leave a message' buttons, chat and push content windows.

The 'Current button set' option is enabled by default. It allows to choose images to be used as live help buttons from the embedded image library. Click 'Browse library' and select a live help button from the available images. The list of buttons is made up of button images found in all the existing template sets.

In order not to display the 'Live help' buttons at all choose the 'No live help button' option.

Click 'Next' to move to the 'Activating the Software' step.

To upload your own live help and leave message buttons enable the 'New live help button' option, click 'Browse', locate the necessary files and click 'Select'.

You can use .gif, .jpg or .png images for buttons. You must have a pair of corresponding button images - one for 'Live help' button, the other for 'Leave a message' button. When you upload your own images, they are put to {CollectorRoot}/buttons folder and renamed according to the following pattern:

The numbers are increased by 1 with each uploaded pair of images.

To define how your chat and push content windows should look like, select a template set from the drop-down box. Currently three color schemes are available: green, yellow and blue. You can also have your own modified templates. Click 'Next'.

To access this dialog after Sales-n-Stats has been installed, go to the 'Sites and zones' section of the 'System settings' menu and click 'Sales-and-Stats web appearance' button.
