Mail notifications

Email notifications are sent to the Sales-n-Stats administrator in the following cases:

- when traffic limit is exceeded, and

- when the hard disk space is running out because of the database size

The email address for such notifications is set in the 'General settings' -> 'Network parameters' section:

In case of Enterprise Edition, the notifications are sent to the operators as well. To be able to receive such notifications an operator needs to select the 'Receive notifications by email' option in the operator profile. The address entered in the operator profile is used in the following cases:

•as a reply-to address in the offline messages and chat transcript emails; and
•for notifications about new messages, which are sent to all the operators of the same department.
