Creating new template sets

Follow the next steps to create your own template set:

1. Create a folder inside the {CollectorRoot}/templates/ directory, for example, my_templates.

2. Copy the templates from the default directory to that folder.

3. Modify the templates in the new folder as you need, following the instructions in the 'Live communication dialogs' section.

4. Assign the template set to the website. Select Tools -> System settings -> Sites and zones -> Sales-n-Stats web appearance. Select your template set from the 'Webforms template set' drop-down box
