Sales-n-Stats integration API

Integration of Sales-n-Stats software is performed automatically when your web-site software is from the compatible software list. If it is not or you have no web software installed, you will have to perform the integration yourself.

Besides basic integration when Sales-n-Stats provides Live Communication and Web Statistics for your site there is also a deep level of integration when Sales-n-Stats tracks and recognizes actions that visitors perform at your site.

There are two possible ways to make Sales-n-Stats recognize visitor actions at you web site. Set up Action patterns within Sales-n-Stats software. Alternatively you can place calls to Sales-n-Stats API in the code of web site so it reports when some important action occurs; such method of integration is called External actions. For your convenience we created a special toolkit that simplifies the integration process.
