Sales-n-Stats is designed to work on personal level with each visitor.
For each visitor the system creates a personal profile that permanently stores his/her data and the history of interaction with the website. When the visitor returns, the history of his/her previous visits is always at hand. When you double click on Visitor's Badge profile dialog pops up providing convenient access to the history of visits, list of actions and path through site for each visit:

Visitor can be marked with a conventional sign that describes the nature of the visitor (VIP, happy client, problematic person etc.) and notify other operators about it. This mark lives through the visitor's sessions and stays when the visitor comes to the website next time.

If your site is overcrowded visualization filters can help you to focus on particular groups of visitors like existing customers, visitors with items in their shopping cart or browsing specific area of your website etc. You can modify existing or create new filters according to the specifics of your site.

Sales-n-Stats allows you effectively interact with several visitors simultaneously. Fast switching between profiles and the ability to see the latest customers messages in chat overview window provide convenient communication environment and help the operator to attend to more customers. However in case of overload operator can put communication session on hold or transfer it to another operator.
